Get the busywork off your desk in 30 days.
We build the website your customers see, then set up the admin behind it: the forms, the follow-ups, the reminders, and the numbers you keep retyping. Then we keep it running.
Behind the site
One form, and the rest runs without you.
- Form filled in
- Details saved
- Reply sent
- Job on the calendar
[ STOP RETYPING ]
One form. No retyping.
This is the kind of chain we set up behind a site, so the same details never get typed into three places.
Someone fills in your form
The details land where you need them
The reply goes out
The follow-up runs itself
STEP 01
A visitor asks for a quote or books a time. That one action starts everything after it.
[ SEE WHAT WE BUILD ]
A website that works, and less admin behind it.
Most projects are both halves: the site people visit, and the routine work it feeds.
Websites
Built page by page for your business rather than dropped into a template. Fast on a phone, easy to read, and structured so search engines can make sense of it. Every page has a job: get the call, get the form, or answer the question that stops people booking.
Admin automation
The repeat work behind the site, set up once and then left to run.
Live in 30 days
Thirty days from the day we start to the day it goes live. That is where the 30 in Flow30 comes from. It holds as long as we are not left waiting on something only you can send.
Upkeep after launch
A site is not finished on launch day. We handle updates, content changes, and fixes after it goes live, so the thing you paid for does not quietly rot.
[ GET ANSWERS ]
What owners ask on the first call
How long does a build take?
Thirty days is the standard timeline, from the day we start to the day it goes live. That is where the 30 in Flow30 comes from. The clock depends on you as much as on us: we need your content, your logins, and answers when we ask for them. If a project is bigger than a website, we say so in the quote and give you a date we can hold.
What does it cost?
There is no price list on this site, because the work is not the same twice. A five page site with a contact form and a business that wants a chunk of its weekly admin automated are two different jobs. Tell us what you need and the quote comes back in writing.
What do you need from me?
A call to explain the business, whatever you already have (logo, photos, old site, price list), logins for anything we have to touch, and answers when we come back with questions. That is the whole ask. You are not writing the site and you are not learning any software.
Do you work with businesses outside Ontario?
Yes. We work across Canada, primarily Ontario. The work runs by call and email, so where you are does not change the build or the timeline.
What happens once the site is live?
We keep it running: updates, content changes, and fixes when something breaks. If an automation stops doing its job, you call and we sort it out.
